Our Process
Upon onboarding, all clients will receive access to their own Slack channel and Airtable Content Hub.
Content Brief
You will fill out our content brief form, giving us everything we need to start writing. All briefs will automatically be added to a content calendar outlining all draft due dates.
Our team is always available to conduct subject matter expert interviews, and we encourage you to do so for many pieces of content.
Drafting
We'll take your brief and bring it to life. First drafts of all deliverables are turned around within 7 working days.
Once ready, we’ll add the link to your Content Hub and mark the status as ‘Ready for Review.'
Editing
All deliverables come with two rounds of edits.
Once edits are complete, you'll change the status to ‘Client Edits Finished.’
Delivery
We deliver you a beautiful final draft, ready to publish. This includes SEO formatting, images, meta descriptions, alt text, and internal and external links.
We'll even load it into your CMS and press publish for you.
